Our team of intellectual asset management and technology commercialisation professionals have experience gained internationally, having worked in or with both private and public sector, and from SME to multi-nationals, with over 100 deals closed in all technology sectors.

Our CEO, Dr Karen Sullivan, is dual qualified in molecular genetics and law. After 15 years experience in academia, a management position within ICI, and consultancy, she moved into intellectual asset management. After several years as head of Intellectual Property management and commercialisation within leading UK universities, she was most recently Director of the team responsible for the IP Management and commercial transactions around a £150m Life Science Innovation Fund, in which capacity she was responsible for leading the negotiation and closure of one of the largest single transactions in the life sciences in Europe last year.
